Standardised CFM system at NKM customer services

At the end of 2019, a project was initiated to standardise the CFM system of Nemzeti Közművek (National Public utilities, FŐGÁZ, DÉMÁSZ, GDF Suez, and DÉGÁZ). The tender winner was MULTIMEX Ltd and as a result, our Q-FUSION 3.0 integrated CFM system was introduced in 40 hardware-based and 21 software-based offices. It was declared in the project to achieve a standardised system by applying our customer calling (Q-FUSION 3.0), customer information provision (Q-MONITOR 3.0) and satisfaction evaluation solutions (Q-FEEDBACK 3.0).
