Physical contact reducing solutions during the COVID pandemic

During our pandemic hit era, everybody is trying to reduce the opportunities of personal contact to the minimum. The same rule applies for surgery clinics, hospitals, where an innovative solution, developed in cooperation with Béker-Soft Informatika Ltd, our strategical partner, can be used for registering the patients who arrive with a scheduled appointment.

The MXTP-22 touchscreen ticket issuing machine and the BSI kiosk application installed on it, together provide a solution so that the patients arriving for a scheduled appointment should not have to queue at the patient registration counter and get into contact with other patients and the medical staff working there.  The patient with a scheduled appointment by giving their TAJ ( National Healthcare Identity Number) or any other identification that can be automatically read ( with a barcode reader or NFC reader) self-activate their scheduled appointment and get a queue number to the relevant surgery department. Recently quite a few institutions, including Dél-budai Egészségügyi Szolgálat/Southern Buda Healthcare Service, Zuglói Egészségügyi Szolgálat/Zugló Healthcare Service, Tiszaújváros Városi Rendelőintézete/Tiszaújváros Municipal Surgery Clinic, and Újpesti Szakorvosi Rendelő/Újpesti Surgery Clinic have introduced this modern solution and negotiations about the options of implementing the system are in progress with several other institutions.
