Renewed offices of the administrative regions in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County
By autumn two administrative regions had gotten their offices refurbished in the county.
The new regional offices were launched at first in Fehérgyarmat then in Nyírbátor. Both offices got the customer management and calling system and information provision system from MULTIMEX Ltd to help the work of the administrative bodies moving in the buildings. Customers can request a queue number from the ticket issuing machines (MXTP-22) located at the entrance, then can stay in the waiting area where LCD displays help them to get instructions (MXLCD-32) and as well as the displays outside the rooms (MXCD-03). A wide range of information concerning task management can be retrieved from the system for the office management with the assistance of Q-FUSION program, thus modifying and optimizing the operation of the system.
