Q-FUSION Integrated CFM system in the ticket offices and customer service offices of MÁV-START Plc.

In December 2018, this modern solution got implemented in 13 venues countrywide at MÁV-START Plc.

Owing to the project, besides central operation, a modern customer management and information provision system was introduced. The MXTP-22 ticket issuing machines with touchscreen were tailor-made in unique colours and huge LCD displays were installed. Thanks to the features of the system, the management can retrieve comprehensive statistical and online information on the operation of the offices countrywide, and meanwhile, the marketing group can inform the travellers on the surfaces that can be edited (ticket issuing machines, LCD) about the current sales offers and opportunities.
