The FEF legal regulations issued in May obliges the water supplying public utility service companies to introduce customer satisfaction assessment in their customer service offices where customers can make personal contact, and the data thus retrieved should be forwarded in a digital form.

Owing to our long history of cooperation, the Q-FEEDBACK satisfaction evaluating system (Q-FEEDBACK satisfaction measuring module and MXTAB-10 satisfaction measuring terminal) that MULTIMEX Ltd recommended met all the requirements requested and determined by the Authority. At the beginning of August, more than 25 service providers signed the contract for introducing the system, some of them only the satisfaction measuring system, but quite a few the complex Q-FUSION integrated CFM system ( customer calling, multimedia, satisfaction evaluation, appointment making). The implementation of the systems will have been completed by the end of September, as expected, and regarding all service providers.
