At the beginning of 2019 two big hospitals, Petz Aladár Megyei Oktató Kórház Rendelőintézet in Győr (Petz Aladár County Educational Hospital and Surgery Clinic) and Szent Rókus Kórház (Saint Roch Hospital) in Budapest got our Q-FUSION integrated patient calling and management and information provision systems introduced.

In both institutions, our systems got integrated into the hospital's medical systems, so the integrated functions (patient calling, patient appointment scheduler in advance etc.) can be accessed from the local medical systems (Győr – HOSPITALY – MedMátrix and Budapest – IT Rendszerház – SanitasX). As a novelty, MXTP-22 touchscreen smart ticket issuing machines were installed in both venues, meaning besides getting a queue ticket number, patients can directly apply for admission to the departments by using their TAJ ( national health identity registration) number as a result of integrated operation, thus relieving the pressure on the staff working at the patient management counters. If you think that your institution would benefit a lot from a smooth-working patient management model, do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you to work out a futurebound concept!
