Customer satisfaction evaluation = now MULTIMEX solution at the district heating service providers

In 2018 twenty-eight water public utility service providers got our Q-FEEDBACK satisfaction evaluation solution introduced (including the five main regional service providers: DRV Plc., DMRV Plc., ÉMRV Plc., ÉDV Plc., TRV Plc) that meets all the requirements prescribed by MEKH, the central organisation.

The Q-FEEDBACK as a satisfaction evaluation module of our Q-FUSION Integrated CFM system got supplemented with Q-FUSION customer calling, Q-TIMER appointment scheduler and Q-MONITOR multimedia modules in a lot of places, making a complex solution available. Following the success of 2018, this year our solutions meeting the criteria prescribed by MEKH were, are being and will be introduced at the district heating service providers.  Presently quite a few district heating service providers (FŐTÁV, PÉTÁV, SZÉPHŐ…) have introduced or are just introducing the solution we provide.
